Hi I'm FB10K founder and owner of 10KFingerboards!
I am a passionate fingerboarder
my first discovery of fingerboards was back in Middle school, when a friend brought a flip techdeck to school, I was hyped to try and I knew from there I loved it, I wanted to pick up a techdeck from Target, I didnt get to. few years later I got a cheap plastic mini skateboard with hard rubber wheels and I started making mini skate parks out of tape, straw, cardboard and it was so cool, but that phased out because my rescue kitten peed on the park so I had to throw it out sadly.
September 2023 I was at a super market when I saw techdecks and the Plan B deck caught my eye so I knew I had to get one cause of how I finally had the chance to and right as I bought it I walk out the store, I open it and flip it with my thumb and grind rails and the parking curb, joy sparked in me as I continued to play and learn flips, I joined the online fingerboard forums and communities and made friends.
When I got back to Socal I went to visit the Slushcult minimart in Santa Ana where the the Cashier Ecstasy.fbs(Issac) looked at my Diy paper deck and he gave me his board from his brand that he was using and I was so stoked that was my first time using a Pro fingerboard, he helped me it up and I loved it to this day I still got the deck and display it as a milestone in my fingerboard journey.
fingerboarding has taught me to see things in a different way like a casual marble linings can be ledges and stairs can be drops, fingerboarding to me is a way to see stuff in a different way of creativity and making friends all around the world and meeting them fingerboard to me is coming together to fingerboard and hanging out.
And In December of 2023 I Launched 10Ks fingerboards with the first product being a hybrid concrete barrier quarter obstacle.
